The coaching process looks at the multiple components that make up our overall wellness. They are interdependent. If our physical or mental health, physical environment, sense of purpose, or sleep are out of whack, we are not at our best. It’s up to us to make whatever changes or tweaks we need to balance those components and optimize our health and well-being. Sounds simple enough but we all know change can be challenging. It can be difficult to initiate a change and it can be hard to sustain a change. Coaching can help.

My coaching practice is client- and forward-focused. Our time together is not spent on trying to figure out why you are the way you are. Rather, we focus on unlocking the solutions you already know and helping you get where you want to be. We work on your goals and identify action steps that you feel confident you can carry out. We build in backups and an accountability plan.

The coaching relationship typically lasts 3 months, meeting every other week, for each behavioral or lifestyle change you wish to make. Some clients prefer to meet weekly and that works too. Sessions last 45 minutes and usually take place over Zoom. The fee for a single session is $100. You can purchase a 6 session bundle for $499.
